HSCC Croft 17th/18th June

Just a quick 'thank you' both personally and on behalf of the HSCC for such a successful weekend at Croft. Great weather on Saturday but no so good on Sunday - the racing, however, was good on both days and pretty incident free. Terrific atmosphere, we were all made to feel very welcome and we hope to come back again next year.
Thanks again

Grahame West should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Thanks on behalf of the marshals. It was a good weekend, hope the HSCC comes back again next year.

The marshals were asked to nominate a driver of the day for Sunday, do you know who won it?

I don't Grahame but I'll find out from the club office and post it on this thread.

Steve Gibson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
It was so nice to have a meeting with drivers without over inflated ego's, there are not many meetings where a driver sees a group of marshals at the end of the day and makes a point of walking over to say "thank you for turning up we have had a great day". This weekend goes down as one of the most enjoyable of the year, look forward to seeing the HSCC again next year.

I felt very sorry for all you marshals on Sunday - what a change in weather from the Saturday! A great weekend (great for me too as it is only 1.5 hrs from my house) - just a shame that so many of the southerners apparently can't be bothered to make it up north, hence the relatively small grids.

I'd also like to say that unlike some other circuits, the security staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a great race on Saturday, and a great time slithering around on Sunday!

I feel sorry for the guy that bought that wig for £45 when it cost £6, I think that's what they are laughing at...
