Aintree Sprint this Saturday

The final Aintree sprint of the season is this Saturday 6th September. The event is fully subscribed with 145 cars entered.
Unfortunately, it clashes with the Promenade Stages Rally just across the Mersey in Wallasey, so there is a shortage of marshals.

Marshals are provided with a buffet lunch, soft drinks, and a contribution toward their travel costs. Can you help?

Was a great dayand the weather held of pretty well, some pectacular driving through Valentines especially the sideways 205 who managed to stay entirely on track!

Marshal of the Day was a certain VANNY - thanks to all his efforts on Friday and again throughout Saturday!

Sitting in the commentary box I was insulated from the worst of the weather but was somewhat frustrated by the casual approach of some of the shared drives who only changed the Race Number on the side facing the Time Keepers! Don't forget that ALL the marshal posts are on the left hand side!
