Hoping that Bozzy - or whatever his name is - is there capturing some footage!

Question for Jim G, does your company have a production line system like the bigger car companies have? I thought about that as I drive by the big Chevy production line facility in Lordstown, Ohio on occasion in past road trips. Or is every car built by hand like the first LMH chassis we have been seeing in the social media videos and pics the last few weeks?
Perhaps LMH or GT3 cars are capable of being build via a production line one day to produce a high quantity of cars? |

Our factory is a series of stations were a group of people build up each vehicle from start to finish. Our vehicles are very modular so they're easy to bolt together and unbolt for service. A team of three can assemble a vehicle in about 8 days. With two stations we think we can build about 75 vehicles per year. Testing at Monza is going very well. We're doing coast downs to get real world data which tonight we'll compare to our computer aero data to confirm our mathematics so we can do final wind tunnel homologation tests with the real car. We're turning lap after lap without issue. Brakes are good as are temps. We will run exactly where the ACO wants LMH's to run at Le Mans and we'll do so indefinitely. |

I guess if performance is capped by BOP to a large extent, having the car able to perform within a wide setup window is key to winning in this kind of formula. Its no good if the car performs well on empty tanks but behaves like a diva when filled with fuel.

There is of course one huge error in that report. There is reference to standing in the **** at 3 am at Le Mans. We all know that this isn't going to happen....... I forbid it. (Unless I'm not there, of course.....).

Maybe a strange comparison but the front/side angle reminds me on the Sintura GT1 from the late 90s.
