Madkart should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
2016-2017 TCR Las Americas

Big news coming from the Dominican Republic last week as a new Caribbean/Central American touring car championship has been announced with seven rounds confirmed starting at the end of this year... more here.

Being from Puerto Rico, this is very surprising to see as our motorsports body in our island has a very good relationship with the motorsports body in DR so we tend to stay alert on what motorsports activities goes around the two countries and nobody expected this at all. A huge bombshell for us for sure, but everyone is extremely excited about this. Just a shame that Puerto Rico didn't make it on the calendar.

Just goes to show how much motorsports is growing in the Americas. Who else is excited?
