Who will be the 2011 FR3.5 Series champion?
Right, the Formula Renault 3.5 Series season starts this coming weekend at Motorland Aragon in Spain and finishes 17 races later in October, but who will come out on top in this years' ultra-competitive field and claim the Renault F1 test prize to boot?
Daniel Ricciardo seems to be the clear favourite, but with his Toro Rosso F1 commitments meaning he could miss up to four races (including this weekend), could this open the door for the Carlin duo of Vergne and Wickens to take advantage? Or will the likes of Rossi, Ramos, Hartley etc. take the fight to them and emerge on top? Vote now! |

I don't understand why anyone has put Hartley.
Clearly Vergne. |

i think vergne, i reckon red bull have dropped ricciardo in too deep to win the title. but then you can't ever write ricciardo off, can you? but then i've got a lingering feeling someone random might appear from nowhere and get close to the title on consistency rather than outright speed.
on that basis, i'm voting for no-one |

You can't ignore Ricciardo's pure speed but Vergne did pretty well last year to jump in after winning British F3 and pick up a win, even if it was ultimately inherited - you can't ignore his championship standing after a handful of rounds. Seeing as he's with Carlin too, he'd would get my vote

I would go for Ricciardo but we don't really know his plans for the season! So I went for JEV. It was either him or Daniil Move.

Ricciardo has no chance as he is likely to miss much of the season. So it is either going to be JEV or Wickens, and to be different I think Wickens will take it.

My vote is Wickens. I think Rossi will be up there too. I expected Vergne to be challenging for it but i don't think he will be able to match Wickens if im honest. Originally i would of voted Ricciardo but with him missing quite a few races with F1 commitments i can't see him doing it now, but you never know haha.
