Plus Barwells lamborghinis, Barwells old Z4 and JMR Nissan.

That's a lot of good GT3 machinery going spare

If it’s not the latest generation machinery there’s not much market for it in Brit GT. Other smaller series perhaps where having the latest and greatest isn’t as important.

Barwells Lambos could be upgraded to Evo spec so that could work but JRM Nissan can’t be upgraded AFAIK and the Z4 is quite old now even though it sounds utterly splendid.

I really can't see the point of this GTC class. The porsche will probably be the only entry in the class - hardly competitive. And even if there are a couple more entries it's just diluting down gt3 and gt4.

Also, I can't see the variety that we've had last year this year in gt4. There aren't many places left and still no ginetta's, jags, Nissan's, porsche, maserati, Mercedes or Audi to name a few possibilities.

Especially considering they want to add GT2 in 2020 as well

Total: 24 Cars, putting us well into the final 1/3 of grid capacity.

Hoping to see another 4-5 GT3 cars, but realistically it looks more like 12-13

Doubting that GTC will really happen...

And I imagine GT4 again will be somewhere in the 17-18 count, we are due a pair of Mclarens at least for the new Academy drivers, and im sure we will see a Ginetta somewhere.

Pretty heavy on the Astons in both classes so far...

There's too many Aston Martins. I make that 10 now across both classes and there could still be more.

Pretty standard. They have been strong in this championship for years. I bet that we will see 30% of Alpine in French GT like we see 90% of German cars in ADAC GT masters and Nurburgring...

British GT 2019

HHC Motorsport swap to a pair of Mclaren 570s GT4s with Callum Pointon and Dean Macdonald the first announced lineup.

Is it possible we don’t see a Ginetta this year?

So... Looks like I'll be watching this season pretty closely. Muggins here will be sitting in the passenger seat of the British GT Safety Car

Come and say hello if you're doing the grid or pit walks and we're parked up!
