Helmets have a different certification don't they? Snell SA2005 etc So I would think that the helmets would still be ok.

Interesting read. What authority though do SFI have to order anyone to offer a FULL REFUND regardless of the reasoning for terminating a products certification?

If they're putting counterfeit patches on clothing..... how sure could you be that they hadn't slapped a counterfeit sticker on your helmet? ($10 helmet for a $10 head?)

It was probably part of a 'deal' made (eg. "if you agree to do what we ask, we won't sue your arse in every jurisdiction around the world, in which we or you operate...") or something similar?
