JAFA851 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
tyre size conversion / equivalent

I'm interested to know what the metric (?) equivalent is for the following Avon 16" Historic slick tyres, can't find an online convertor that works for these tyre sizes

11.0/23.5-16
12.5/25.0-16

Are these bias ply tyres?

What are the equivalent radial sizes for these 2? or would radials not work?

Look on the Avon Motorsport website, all sizes and conversions there.
The nearest to your 11" is 265x 600 and the nearest to your 12.5" is 325x 630. If you look at Avon's dimension section you will find that these sizes are close. Actually cloaer than the sizes stamped on the tyre.

Or seeing as you are in Aus speak to Stuckey's Tyres in Melbourne who as well as the main Dunlop Motorsport guys are also Avon Motorsport dealers.
Speak to Russell (Stuckey) Very helpful guy and nothing on (racing) tyres he doesnt know.

Thanks for the useful link EB. I find the search menu more user-friendly than the Avon one.
