Redracer77 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Regional FF Top 6

I would be interested to see who people think will be the top 6 in this seasons NWFF, SOM and CCFF?

Please just post your top six and leave the "chat" to other posts please.

You can include yourselves if you want, it will be interesting to see who is correct after the season has finished on the 18th September -

NWFF

1) Steven Roberts
2) Peter Gavriel
3) Ian Gough
4) Phil Austin
5) Alan Pike
6) Chris Hodgen

SOM

1) Gavin Wills
2) Peter Daly
3) Justin Dawkins
4) Stu Kestenbaum
5) John Miller
6) not sure

diz should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

1. S Roberts

4. I Gough
5. J Loebell [from limited outings]

If Mike Bennett does materialise, stick him at 1. and move the others down.

3. G Wills
4. J Dawkins
5. S Kestenbaum

Season finished on September 18th? What about the final Midlands round at Rockingham then...

Midlands:

Wills
Hewitt
Daly
Dawkins
-------
The Rest

I shall reserve judgement on the other championships - Combe in particular will be hard to predict this year.

OK - in terms of Combe here's my final top 6, which result from a mix of consistancy and 5 wet meetings causing havoc through out the season!

1. M Darcy
2. E Moore
3. W Poole
4. Alex Ames
5. B Higgins
6. A Miles

I'm off down the bookies tomorrow to put 20 quid on this - and i'm planning to spend Christmas on a beach in Barbados!!

Is the £20 you're putting on at the bookies the £20 Matt gave you for rating him number one?

oor-arr I hope your bets arn't in order, the odds of me winning the championship year are..... well you'll get good odds put it that way. We only got the car sorted at the end of the year and didn't really have time to progress with a sorted car. I am hopeful for a good championship position and perhaps podiums - but who knows there are a lot of unknowns at combe this year. Perhaps a £10 each way would be better spend.

1.) Kevin Mills drivers ? they are normally all good guys tough to beat, but none have registered yet and are unkknown.
2.) Will Alex Ames do a full season this year ? Will his drum engine be up to the challange from the start of the year
3.) I've heard a suggestions that a regular favourite may return this year for a shock crack at the championship
4.) Wayne poole has a new Mygalce (uknown quantity) if he spends more time prepping his car instead of other peoples he'll go really well.
5.) I don't think Bob will be racing much at combe this season from what he said last year
6.) The unregular return of another combe winner could mess up championship position
7.) People from other championships coming and having a crack at people on racers

all that said if you still want to put £20 on me to win.....I'll do my best.

Probably not doing it all, if any of it - unless you have heard some recent news?

I think your missing A jones out of that list, he was quicker than me last year ( apart fom the end) and K Sekree got his act together at the end too.

Ian, whats the deal with Nathan, I thought he was racing with some girl called Natalie from Bristol for century racing (I think thats the name) there was press releases and all manner of bells and whistles surrounding this entry is it still happening.

Was it libellous? - If so, please post it again.
Was it humourous? - I doubt it.
Was it non winding up? - Probably not

Darcym - I believe the Natalie thing fell through totally. Speaking to Nathan at the charity karting it seemed that what we'd heard from JC and what Nathan's actual plans were didn't necessarily match up.

Mr Crofts has been a bit quiet of late!?

Anyway:

I am not going to make any predictions for SOM, partly because its going to be very close, partly because I never talk about how well I may or may not do.

Apart from me people likely to be in the top six are:

Gavin Wills
Nick Hewitt
Dan Fox
Oliver Radford
Peter Daly
Trevor Cooper

NW:

Steve Roberts
Nick Hewitt
Pete Gavriel
Ian Gough
Chris Hogden
Alan Pike

Don;t really know who is doing Combe!

JD - Mr Crofts is no longer with us (in the Ten Tenths sense). Don't think things have been plain sailing in the last couple of months.
