Considering it has nearly 200 corners, it should be no problem finding one to name after her

Glad we are still getting grid numbers in the magic 3 digit, but then we always will

I wonder if the Porsche Carrera cup cars we see such as at Sebring last week are eligible for NLS/N24? They would be the fastest non-SP9 cars there perahps. |

We always see a good variety, I expect BMW, and Porsche to be the ones to beat, but the others should be competitive too. Look forward to it

I guess they could run them in SP-X now, and SP7/CUP2 in the future when they put them in regulations. So far there is very limited number of 992s on the market, so probably no-one will get one to try run it this year

No. For the first season they are only eligible in the big Carrera Cups (Supercup, Germany, France, Benelux, Asia, North America). |

Anyone know what type of livestream set up there will be? Seem to remember last year we only had cameras on the GP part of the track and very few (if any) onboards...although my memory is a bit hazy

That's good news it will happen with no change of date. Fingers crossed at least a decent number of spectators will attend

I'm pleased the event has secured financial support and is going ahead. But it is a fantasy to imagine that by 4th June Germany will be allowing crowds at events. At most it will be a handul of people spread out in the GP circuit grandstands. And even if by some miracle more spectators are allowed, there's no way the UK authorities will be allowing unrestricted travel to Germany by then.

Is there a reason why the non-GT3 entries for the N'Ring 24 and 6 hour races have been down where in NLS they are still far higher? Stinks for them, as a viewer I just am interested in GT3 so it does not bother me. Still curious though.

I think it has a lot to do with the current pandemic. The GT3s are in some ways mostly paid for by big OEMs, whereas the cars in the samller classes are mostly driven by pay-drivers, whose companies have in many cases been hit harder by the measures to curb the pandemic - or if they aren't the drivers simply don't want to go through all the hassle that comes with running a race weekend in times of Covid, whereas GT3 factory drivers simply go and race where they are told to by their employers.

Porsche, and particularly Fricardelli seem to be having it their own way at the moment, surely a BoP adjustment is coming their way?
