All teams jumped on the bandwagon? Or some teams? Or a couple of teams?
By jumped on the bandwagon, i meant are also running the moveable mount, if it was indeed legal

If T888 were asked to remove it how can any other team then use it?

But its not illegal?

I think we should just leave this here. The other thread about it was done to death going in circles.

It's the interpretation of the wording.......I would say that VESA never intended for any team to have a movable splitter but the wording probably didn't say that they couldn't. It probably just said that the splitter is to attached to the front of the car with a minimum ride height.......I know you understand but I suspect that you don't want to admit that you may be wrong.

That seems strange. The way you argue with everyone over it, it would appear that you have a definate position not a hypothetical one.

What are you on about? Someone said it wasn't illegal, so I replied to that. If its not illegal, it must be legal. Thats how it works in the real world anyway.

peckstar has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
News just in. Torana's are no longer legal in out series, therefore all races won by Peter Brock in a torana are no longer valid. his Bathurst titles are also taken off him

What a stupid argument , you guys are having.

The part was not illegal, it was in a grey area, They cleaned up the grey area, a bit like cars running without a left side mirror, or using a hand throttle to start the race or any other number of options over the years.

Once the rules have been clarified one way or the other then we move on and so do the teams.
