Matt Speakman should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Renault Clio Cup Cars 2000 - 2006

Trying to trace all of the above, where they are now & what they're doing now.

I'll start with my little Mean Green Machine!

Chassis #10, my car, bought it in 2005 from SpeedEquipe (Ian Curley drove), they bought it in 2003 from Tim Sugden Racing (not sure who drove it then)

*****For anyone that has one there's been some fabulous racing in LMA Eurosaloons this year with the Clios - we want it to continue & want more Clios out on track*****

Just found this thread

Chassis #27 bought in 2007 from SRE Motorsport in Glasgow.

It was raced previously by Barry Simme in 2004 and had one outing in 2005 in the hand of Neil Waterworth at Oulton park.

There was some suggestion that SRE bought the cars from the FirstAir team but not sure if mine was one of those.

I bought the car for trackdays, where it is very seldom beat and have had lots of fun chassing and passing Scoobs, Evos, 911s etc.

Very interesting thread. How many were shipped here originally, 34 was it?

Of the 2002 Firstair cars, Paul Rivett's car went to Team Griffin Racing and the Andy Brakewell car went to SRE Motorsport. Chassis 27 wasn't the ex-Brakewell car, I think it came from Atlanta Motorsport.
