Yes different tracks I assume.

Qualification time was 20 secs slower than last year.

Yes, Yvan and Thed worked well together, didn't understand what happened to Tarquini, it was a straneg off given his experience

Audi not in the podium is a disappointment. Great race by Huff

Contact with Vervisch, I think he damaged the suspension or the tyre.

Would have loved to have a somewhat extended race length for the Nordschleife, especially with the four way lead battle I didn't want that to end so quickly.

I'm a little confused, was there just the one race at the Nords?

It is 2018 and Eurosport still hasn't heard of such thing as TV graphics in qualifying. Impossible to follow the results. Huge shame.

I have to say, I'm very impressed with Benjamin Lesseness, given his age and experience.

Just watched qualifying. No graphics and the post session interviews were about a minute out of sync. An appalling production, but that's Euroshit for you.

Race 1 on Facebook wasn't even available to watch in HD either.

I'm at the Ring at the mo. The cars look great close up but sound crap as they go past on track.

The Audis are really quick in a straight line.

In 2018 they could/ should be so much better! Saying that - it's still better than their ERC coverage.

Race 3 is happening now, but it's sadly not on Eurosport, no way of watching it live on TV. However, it's on Eurosport Player if you subscribe.

Nice races, Audi is fantastic on straights, while Honda is slowest because of 97% power.
Michelisz move on Huff was very bad judgement, he could overtake him on straight towards Bergwerk easily.

Huff was dumb. He lost a lots of engine power, he clearly had no chance even to get a single point, and he close the door to Norbi. He had to park the car or let all drivert gently.

He could, but in this clase the cars behind him - Bennani, Coronell - get close to norbi and the cars front of him gets a big advantage...

The camera angle wasn't good but I think they both should leave each other more room.

Well Vettel didn't let Raikkonen through when he had steering problem in Hungary.
If you want touring example here it is. When Yvan Muller had problem with his car at Knockhill he didn't moved to side, but stayed on track in front of mayhem that happened behind him, until he went to the pit.

Seb won that race, so that is the worst example.

Huff doesn't had a chance even for a single point...

Still think it was a jerk drive from Huff.

About the Yvan Muller's example, he is might be the dirtiest touring car driver ever...

Michelisz completely at fault. He wasn't even half a car-length beside, just tapped the rear wheel where it was almost impossible to overtake.
I agree, Michelisz could have easily overtaken Huff on the next straight. So he must be cursing himself.

Three good races this weekend. Just Hyundai needs a bit more BoP, given their performance with +60kg.

I also like that Nordschleife in a TCR car is very challenging, based on comments from drivers

I read about the penalty, but still disagree. Huff was de facto out of the race because of his engine (?)failure, with a car like that he should not fight and block the cars behind.

Yeas, Norbi wasn't even a half car lenght beside, because when he realize that Huff close the door try to break, instead keep his car on position and push out Huff.

Why dou you think it's Hyundai, not the drivers?
