Pingguest should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
What about a 60 minutes qualifying session, without any maximum laps to drive? Abolish the parc fermé-regulations and allow drivers to use more than one engine.

Jaguar's Tony Purnell surgested having two mini races, where the mean culminative finishing position would determine the grid slot, and the grid for those races was drawn up by drawing from a hat. I think that idea is complete and utter ******** and it could just got to something like a one hour session and a rule stating something like all cars must complete one lap every twenty minutes or something. The FIA said that because the cars don't come out till late it was boring, but that could change it.
