Rustad happy with new Primera
Tommy Rustad, the only non-BMW ESPC winner in 2001, has said his new Nissan challenger was impressive, even striaght out of the garage. Rustad and new team-mate Chris Buncombe tried the car with new wings and tyres at Donnington park.

I think the Nissan looks great.
The wheels fit perfectly under the body, and it looks very sporty and aggressive. |

The car looks great. I don't think BMW will dominate this year, judging by the testing times Alfa could be the team to beat.

I know the BTCC is all that many care about here, but I am excited about the ETCC.
While Honda not coming on board and fewer cars from Volvo and Nissan than expected is a bit of a let down, there still should be 20 cars or more. I think it will be good. If it is good then you will likely see 30+ cars in 2003. If Honda,VAG, Volvo and Nissan are all there in force next year, plus big efforts from Alfa and BMW, it will be over the top. They just have to keep the costs from going over the top this time. It would be nice to see 18" wheels and sequential boxes though! KM |

BMW pipped Volvo in a recent test. They were only about 0.3 ahead though so we could a better year with more than just 2 manufacturers winning

MaxSport - low costs is a must. As fans we must protest when we see a team sending unnecessarily. If anything, costs must be further reduced.

RJN were the only non-BMW team to win a round last year, so yes they are good.
