Franklin should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
In the May issue of Powerboat, Dave Villwock confirms it is possible for an Unlimited hydro team to run an entire season on one engine. He explained the cost was about $50,000 including labor. He also said that despite Chip Hanauer's enthusiasm for piston engines they currently don't make economic sense for Unlimited hydros.
