Shabbie should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I see another Rullo here, and being set up to fail. I really think, sure buy the Team, place with BJR, and have the young guy learn all the ropes, in the main game along side a more experienced driver for a year or 2.

Auto Action have buried the lead. AA report's that every Sunday race will be shown live on Ten in 2020, along with the full coverage of all the major events. A significant increase in FTA coverage.

Penske don't help customers.

They did ask Tickford but baulked at the price.

So will we see Mustang Krates?

Tickford were said to be too expensive and Mostech are exclusive to DJR/TP so it's been reported that they have asked the Stone brothers for assistance.

DJRTP don't have a customer program; therefore do not have customers, and thus no customers to assist.

But they have helped Kelly Racing by virtue of having brought Ford back on board in Supercars, and homologating the Mustang.

Without that effort, the Kellys would have been left with only a single choice to consider when exiting the Altima program.

It was outlined from the beginning it was never a full customer deal.

From 2017: While Team Penske president Tim Cindric outlined that DJR Team Penske won’t follow rival Triple Eight into full customer relationships, Stone said there would be a level of collaboration.

Anyway, the tense used was current, in that DJRTP don't have a customer program.
Not whether they did once have an arms' length relationship.

If he could get a Nissan on the podium this year, he's sure to deliver even more, with a better package available to him.

It is a bit of a worry when KR is converting the old Nissans to Mustangs....

They are looking for a fabricator https://www.jobstop.com/job/fabricator-motorsport/
"The role requires the successful applicant to assist in the conversion of our Nissan Altima Supercars to Ford Mustangs for the 2020 Championship season."

So it might just be same same with a different body and a new powerplant.

Such is the nature of the current formula.

The new car will also need a Ford V8 - ironic, given Henry himself was responsible for their mass production; however they'll be able to retain their existing 9" diff, that's for sure.

BTW - Was your job application well received, or otherwise?

They are building a new car, so it would seem that only 1 will be a conversion.
