blackx should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Hodgy speaks out......

Has anybody got any thoughts on Neil's comments that Foggy did not go to Moto GP because he was scared of Doohan???

These comments can be found at

www.foggypetronasracing.com

Personally I think Neil has a bit of a cheek to say that Foggy was scared of Doohan...

I'ts a daft thing to say - no-one can prove it one way or the other. I thought Hodgson had more sense - for me, he's always come across as a nice guy.

I agree more with Foggy there! Always thought Neil was a good rider, even in 2002. He had to win the title this year...but he still needs to prove himself next year to (hopefully) prove all his critics wrong!

Hodgson really can be a spoilt, immature fool sometimes. This is jsut ridiculous. Fogarty repeatedly beat a much better field (including Edwards, Haga, Yanagawa, Crafar etc), finished 4th in a MotoGP one off early in his career (only missing out on 3rd thanks to technical problems) and is one of the most respected motorbike racing legends.

Hodgson stuffed up in MotoGP once, then in World Superbikes (more down to his attitude problems, his riding was good if not great) and has only returned to prominance by winning a championship which has leaked talent, riding for the one factory team alongside a crash-prone youngster. Now he's been offered a MotoGP chance - no doubt Foogy would've under current situations.

I think it's a bit petty from Hodgsons POV. There was really no need to go and say anything. He's gone down in my opinion!
