2005 Sportscar Fantasy Challenge Round1 Sebring
this is a combination of the fantasy challenges i made last year. However, this year, there will only be one. It will consist of 10 rounds. this is the schedule:
12 Hours of Sebring ALMS LG race of Italy-Monza FIA GT 1000KM of Spa LMES 24 Hours of Le Mans (Double Points) 1000KM of Monza LMES 24 Hours of Spa FIA GT Double Points 1000KM of Silverstone LMES 1000KM of Nurburgring LMES Petit Le Mans ALMS 1000KM of Turkey LMES Deadlines for predictions will be due at various times. Dont worry, i will put up a post like this each time reminding people when the submission deadline is. Now, lets talk about the rules. In general, they are very similar to what we had last year. However, some changes have occured. RULES FOR LMES/ALMS/LE MANS RACES: -Pick the top 3 finishers in EACH CLASS. -Pick the overall top 8 finishing positions. -Pick the Polesitters for EACH CLASS Points Rundown 10pts = 1st 8pts = 2nd 6pts = 3rd 5pts = 4th 4pts = 5th 3pts = 6th 2pts = 7th 1pt = 8th 5pts = Correct Polesitter For the top 3 in each class, you have to be accurate. If you are not, you dont get points. For the Top 8, it is split up into 2 groups, 1-3 and 4-8. So if you pick one car to finish 3rd, and it finishes 2nd, you will still get the points. However, if you pick a car to be in 1st place, where it finishes 4th, you will get no points. same as last year(in the FIA GT challenge). Any questions on rules, feel free to ask. i probably explained it in a confusing way lol... DEADLINE FOR SEBRING ENTRIES IS TUESDAY MARCH 15TH AT 11:00 PM GMT TIME (UK TIME ZONE). so thats 5:00 PM USA CST time. I cant wait for the season to start! |

you did it wrong, Saleen...
Its the Top 3 in EACH CLASS, then the top 8 OVERALL, not in class. so heres a sample sheet(not my picks, yet, but just giving an example) overall top 8 1. Audi 2 2. Audi 1 3. Dallara 88 4. Covette 3 5. Corvette 4 6. Aston Martin 57 7. Courage 10 8. Courage 27 top3 LMP1 1. Audi2 2. Audi1 3. Dallara88 pole=Dallara88 top3 LMP2 1. Courage10 2. Courage27 3. Lola37 pole=Lola37 top3 GT1 1.
