Bout the best I can do. I was trying to stick to runways and taxiways, but maybe turn 8 (bottom right hairpin) could do with more space.

_Might_ work, but it's going to be very cramped at the hairpin.

Yep, but i wanted to try something different. At least the little bit right on the shoreline after the start is different to Burke Front. Given that those runways are so damn wide, i reckon if you were willing to have a narrow track, you could get 3 lanes down one of them

As i said above, Swiss politicians are lobbying to lift Switzerland's motorsports ban, in place since the Le Mans tragedy in 1955. Your task? To come up with the new Swiss GP venue. This piece of land is 3miles, by 1.5 miles. It has been chosen as a suitable site, and you are to utilise the main road, but you are not to disturb the river, or the wildlife along it's banks. Sorry Fish, but it was a vewy good idea

The first airport track is very much like Cleveland.

The altered one, I don't like. Airport tracks need the whole runway.

Okay, here's my first try at this. However, with the figures for the site you provided, hakkiman, this would be about 7.5 miles.

This one is far more realistic in length.

Oi...

Well, next time hakkiman does something, I'll attribute it to Fish_Flake, and it'll be even.

Here's my first shot.

By the way, which is the major road, that thing that goes across the river, or the thing at the bottom of the page?

Sorry, the two laned thing at the bottom. The brown one is meant to be a bridleway, or a muddy track or something

When i said "utilise the road" i hadn't thought that you'd go and include it in the track! I meant more for access, but now i look at what i've said, i don't see why it shouldn't be a semi street, semi road course!

OK my attempt.
Some fast stuff, particularly T5 and 6. But also has some slow hairpins for overtaking. It has a nice "shape" IMO if you know what i mean

Test Track

I feel this would be a brillant layout for a test track as it has many options. For example if you want to test speed only, you could go straight on a turn 2 and use the banked section without going through all of the techical infield.

What do you think guys?

I think maybe it would be much better if you did without turns 12 to 18, and went straight onto the banking at turn 12

Sorry, with so many layouts, some of which offer little overtaking, it could be a little confusing as to which way you should go next..it's a good start though...but very often, simple is better

This bit for instance is very good.... The rest is of the road course between 11 and 18 is unnecessary

Chicago. Again...

The city wants the race at Meigs Field. Pook, for some incomprehensible reason, wants it in Grant Park. They're both wrong. Chicago has a perfect parklands circuit already, it's just never been pressed into service as such!

Lincoln Park is just a bit to the north, mostly in a residential area, but it's only a mile and a half from Grant Park, has a zoo, is next to a marina...

The topography's almost dead flat, but it's the most interesting set of roads you can find in the city of Chicago!
