I have started to add volunteering forms to my web site for 2012. The first this time is the Cadwell/Louth Training Day. I am intending to change the site slightly at the and of the year to try and prevent some of the problems a few of you had in 2011. Despite a few problems there were many more forms sent via the site in 2011. I will try and add forms as soon as I can when I receive information from the Chief Marshal or Marshals Co-ordinator for each Club. I am happy to add forms for Clubs that operate in any area of motorsport, if you look after marshals for your Club please contact me. Please check that you only use forms marked 2012. Thanks for sorting this thread out again Julian, I have been given(lumbered) the Marshals co-ordinators job for Goodwood Marshals Club. I will sort out a form when I have more than 1 confirmed date to go with.

I have added 2012 forms for 750MC and MGCC.
I am trying a new style of form to hopefully reduce the problems a few of you had last year. You shuld also get an email confirming what you have volunteered for. Please let me know if there are any problems. Thanks, Julian |

Sorry about this but I have had server problems over the last couple of days, due to this I have reverted to the old style forms for now.
The following are available: 750MC CSCC BRSCC EA (Snetterton) HSCC MGCC MGCC Midland Centre There is also currently a problem with my server blocking submissions from yahoo email address. If you use yahoo, please use an alternative email address (a friends possibly) until I can resolve this. Anyone out there with any ideas? Thanks, Julian |

We are back!
The new server looks to be working and thanks to Roy for his help testing it appears to be fully working. Tests also show that it is now accepting forms from yahoo and other email addresses that were giving problems recently. If you have any problems, please let me know. System Update.
I am experimenting with an auto reply message to forms you send. If it works, you should get a message confirming receipt with the contents of your form. BUT NOTE - these messages will only get sent when my home system is turned on, this is usually evenings and weekends only. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks, Julian |
