On our current (unofficial) entry list for Hockenheim we now have 21 cars, but I want to wait until they are in fact confirmed
Maybe we have a last-minute surprise... For some of you I can provide a few EuroBOSS guest weekend tickets for the Jim Clark-Revival event! (contact via PM) Christian EuroBOSS |

Oh dear! If thats the best coment you can offer,dwf1,I suggest you do not bother with any more. I hardly think she is a F1 engine mechanic? Disapointing news-glad I decided not to go.A1GP & IRL to watch on TV.Last time it took 6 months to rebuild the gearbox.Hope this problen does not take as long, as I plan to be at Donington, having ruled out a trip to Bucharest.

A big shame for Jodie, I too know her very well and she was really looking forward to racing at Hockenheim. Hopefully though all the engine gremlins have been sorted out for todays race. No real suprise at the winner of yesterdays race though, unless someone comes along with a lot of talent (and money) I dont see anyone beating Klaas this year on speed alone. Maybe if he has some reliabilty issues though but that doesent seem likely going by previous form.

Hi Guys, its me (Peter Alexander - Simtek S951). I would just like to thank everyone at Euroboss, Christian and Roger as well as all the other drivers who made my first Euroboss meeting so enjoyable. I had a DNF in the first race as the top right rear wishbone broke! That certainly grabbed my attention! But Sunday more than made up for it! It was my first time in the car apart from 3 laps at Donington and first time to Hockenheim so as you can imagine, Im very happy with the weekend. Now we can turn the revs up and I can pull my finger out to go faster! Thanks again everyone. Peter

Again, thanks guys! Nice to meet a great bunch of people who love the F1 cars. I had a lot of support for the Simtek at Hockenheim and it was good to meet all who came by to give such nice words. My race result sheet is still travelling back so I don't have the information yet! Peter.

EuroBOSS@Hockenheim 2007
Hello!
Sorry that the results come not so quickly as you wish, but we had a lot of work in Hockenheim and I had many friends and EuroBOSS fans there which ones wanted to see me! Spectators: ~35.000 Weather: hot and sunny Event rating (1-10): 9+ Tavares, D'Aubreby, Hemming, Smith, de Boer could not start because of their problems. I feel very sad for Jodie, she is such a very friendly and lovely girl, most of the time smiling, always near their car and their team and then the car does not want to work! Fingers crossed for Donington! Result Race 2: 1. Klaas Zwart 2. Pierre Schroeder 3. Peter Alexander 4. Frits van Eerd 5. Herny Buettner 6. Jean Claude Monbaron 7. Joachim Ryschka Result with times: http://www.jimclark-revival.com/file...20Ergebnis.pdf The first grid of Race 2 were 11 cars. Klaas Zwart on the back of the grid, because the team had to change the cars! Therefore Pole pos. for Peter Milavec, second pos. Terry Sayles! First Start would be break off, Terry Sayles stalled his engine! Restart with heavy crash between Milavec and Sayles, maybe 30m after the starting line! Driver ok, cars you can see! Here the photos: Restart 2 and we lost two more cars in a crash between Colacino and Hansford! Easy win for Klaas! Klaas Zwart is now leading the EuroBOSS Formula class and Henry Buettner with two HH victories the Masters class! The most impressive EuroBOSS thing on the whole weekend was for me the driving performance of Peter Alexander! For the first race in this (F1!) car and after only 3 laps at Donington, puhhhh... really impressive (and he is also a very friendly guy)! Peter, see you in Donington! For Donington probably 20-25 cars! Christian EuroBOSS |
