Seating at Sepang
I would like to be under cover, in a grandstand and have a clear view of a large screen. Obviously, I don't want to spend the earth either! None of the websites show where the screens actually are but from what I can gather there is a view of them from the Mall [the thin triangle between the two straights] and some view from K1 Gold or K1 Platinum [near trun 1].
Has anyone been to Sepang and sat in K1? What did you think? Would you recommend another stand? Appreciate any help you can give. Phil Last edited by philbishop; 28 Nov 2005 at 17:59. Reason: typo |

Went to the GP there 2 or 3 years ago and sat in the stand that looks onto the rear of the starting grid - think its between turns 6 & 7. Can't remember where the screens were, but the view was great of the 2 corners before the stand, the one after, + the final hairpin. It only cost me 100 pounds for the weekend ticket bought direct from the organisers.
Only bad thing about the weekend was trying to use public transport to get away from the place! |
