T&S already figures the penalty in. So the Porsche needs to make up another 90 seconds.

Ah yes, a key point. The timing and scoring is the correct positions. It is the on-track positions which are off sync.

If I understand RLM correct, the 99 car is still in the lead, but only about 1:30 minute behind, instead of the real life 5 minutes.

Correct, the #1 served a stop & penalty that was later revoked...they were credited 3:26 minutes.

This could lead to the rather bizzare situation of the #99 crossing the line first, but not winning the race.

The V12 is creeping up into the top 20, now in 22nd.

Seems the 5 Manthey that had the problems early on is also gone but the 100 Audi that had the problem on lap 1 is almost in the top 30!
The Jurgen Alzen Porsche is stuck on 16 hours and falling.
