Strange comment given quite a few sprint championships were covered on Motors TV.

To be brutally honest it was on my tv for years and I never ever watched it.

All I ever saw on there was ice racing, NZ jet boats repaetaed endlessly and garbage like drifting and car shows translated from French to English

So I simply never watched it.

But then I dont watch any tv now anyway, so no loss.

Cant imagine sprintng was that interesting as a tv sport either but whatever floats your boat

Motors TV Live Racedays were very popular with club racers and supporters/sponsors.

Motors TV sometimes reminds me of the good old days of ScreenSport - back in the early Sky days.

You could always find some obscure event from some far flung part of the world, but this was back in the days of full grids for every type of racing whereas now not many of the diverse championships get that many entrants.

You can watch Motors TV and Moto GP on BT sport for nothing on a laptop if you are prepared to play about with different streams, make sure you have good security and be careful what x you press, I watched the Moto GP in HD at the weekend with no problem.

Just had a look and at the moment it's the Blancpain series from Missano, believe me I do not pay for Sky or BT Sport !

Might give that a go for the F3.5v8 this weekend on BT Sport now it's no longer on Euros port.

It depends who they have. David Addison used to do quite a bit but he's rather busy nowadays.

Motors TV should start a streaming service, both for Europe and Latin America.

Bugger how will sky subscribers now be able to watch Blancpain and V8SC?

I looked to get BT sport but think I might have to fork out for a completely new package to get it.

I haven't watched Australian Supercars on Motors in years. Rather watch it in glorious HD (and LIVE)

Yeah it's a loss in part, but let's be honest. Nothing worthwhile is on the channel.

Depends what you regard as 'worthwhile'-certainly the channel I have watched most often -not sure what I am going to do now-has it closed altogether or just fallen out with Sky-can we still get it on line?

I think it's toast. I'm sure I read somewhere that they've been in court over debts.

Blancpain stream via their website. It's a better quality picture that you got with Motors and with no ad breaks.

So if Blancpain is off British television, Ratel and Bentley won't be happy.

I expect to he will do a deal with either BT Sport or Eurosport at least for the rest of this year?
