In the mid'80s Nissan sold the S12 Silvia in Australia as the Nissan Gazelle. In Aust it came with the very ordinary CA20 motor but in Japan, it had the excellent FJ20. It was also homologated for Group A in that form.

No in my case a road bike.
BMWK1100RS - with Race Tech emulators and performance springs in the front suspension, an Ohlins rear shock on order to replace the stock unit (this is a HUGE purchase) then a Staintune Exhaust system (for off road use of cause). |

FJ20ET is the engine for the jap model FJ is the designation, 20 is for 2L, E stands for EFI and T stands for Turbo and a BOV is a Blow Off Valve used on Turbo cars used between shifts when the the Turbo is blowing on a closed throttle..not good. so the BOV releases that air , on a standart Turbo car it just gets routed bact before the Turbo but an aftermarket BOV releases the air into the atmosphere and it sound something like PHHHHIIISSSSHHHHHH sound good here is a good example http://www.stratmosphere.com/WRXAtmosmall.wav |

On my old Dutton there was a manual washer pump- it froze up one time and I nearly sprained my thumb giving it a hearty push!

The best washers were the ones fitted to late 60s Volkswagens that were air assisted, they had a hose running from the washer bottle to the spare wheel! Clean screen = flat tyre.

My 504 wagon has a TI engine (Kugelfischer mechanical injection) from the sedan that has that option, and a BA7/5 gearbox from the 505.
