Refreshing Screen
I access posts by clicking the 'View unread posts' button, but then when I click on one of the topics to read I have to refresh it to read the new posts, and half the time there aren't actually any new posts at all. Arrrggghhhh! Please help!

Arrgghh! Stupid bloody thing worked this time. I think it has something to do with when u go Control Panel-Internet Options-Temporary Internet Files Settings. I think it should be set to one of the top 3, but for somereason the stupid bloke at PC World set it for 'never' and I can't get it back (and stay back) Help!!
