Has anyone had final instructions for this event as yet? Getting a little nervous as I have had no tickets finals etc & heard a rumour that it may not run due to a shortage of marshals.

Mine arrived today, give the Lynne at the JEC 01179 698186 a ring if they are not there tomorrow.
It will run as it is the biggest JEC event of the year.

Just mean's you get to mow the lawn.
so i get nervous on friday in case i have to mow the lawn.

Really looking forward to this one. The Tin Tops entry is excellent, and the rest of the programme is pretty awesome too. Looks like being a really good weekend.

Does that mean it's obilgatory to visit the gravel on your first event at Brands? If so, I'll pack my bucket and spade...

It's an XR2, not sure why they didn't put any model name in the finals.

XR2 with very slicky front slicks on.Glad the race at Lydden didnt go on for another few minutes,otherwise

someone else would have been visiting the gravel traps.

Yes, I was obviously not trying hard enough, I did not even place a wheel over the kerbs onto the sacreed grass.

I got pretty close on a couple of occaisons in practise - both inside wheels over the outside kerb at Paddock. Decided on those laps that I was pretty much trying hard enough...
