Hybrid/environmentally friendly technology survey

Hello.
I have created a survey for my dissertation regarding hybrid/environmentally friendly vehicles in Motorsport and it would be great to hear the opinions of all people involved in Motorsport.

Should not take any longer than 5 mins and will be a great help with my project.

Thankyou in advance.

Cheers
