You wouldn't guess what just passed through town..
A FULL Chevy WTCC replica inc Alain Menu decals on the back windows
 although Im sure it is probably one of many knocking about throughout Ireland and the UK, but WOW what a way to start lunch

Do you think it's a fan car or dealer promo car? I recall Volvo produced replica decal kits for dealers to build up lookalike ST 850 wagons and sedans during their early ST years. No pics?

its a full mock-up of the wtcc car used by Chevrolet uk as a marketing/launch event car for the uk dealers, may be able to get pics soon and if so will post here or at least a link....

That was at the Autosport show wasn't it? Couldn't get a decent look, due to the crowds. That is (I hasten to add) the crowd around the main stage, not the crowd trying to get a look at the Chevy!
 Besides, isn't it just a rebadged Daewoo?  By the way, welcome to ten tenths + its a chevy !

Was it Chevrolet Nubira or a chevrolet Astra you saw because I saw a Chevrolet Nubira in racing decals.

As far as I know, the WTCC team are looking to use a Chevrolet Astra so seeing a Nubira doesn't make it a replica does it?

Its a Nubira here (Ireland) but in other parts of the world it is known as the Lacceti as for the astra name on a Chevy.. I think thats just used in North/South America..
