Reports that Dave Richards is under threat at BAR
Here is an article on BBC that Dave Richards is under threat at BAR.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...ne/2415405.stm I agree wholeheartedly with the BAT spokesman. How can Dave Richards have any control over a car that was designed before his 'reign'? Dave's input into the team won't be realised until the 2003 car takes to the track. Let's see if Geoff Willis can pull off a good job first before starting any scaremongering. Any thoughts? That article has to be BS. He was working with someone else's mistakes. His people were not responsible for the way the car started. However by the end of the year I would say BAR was the most improved team.
If 2004 comes around and BAR is still struggling to make points then the whole team will need a reality check not just DR. They have always had the funding and the crew now they have new management, which was their biggest liability. |

If he goes, all hope is lost. Not that there was much but still...

Yeah, they should be asking Honda, not BAT.

BAT may be gone if the next season is a disaster. I agree. This next year will be their most important since the development of the team. New resources, new people and a new car. They BETTER improve, they have no chioce. If not, then I would expect to see DR leave along with BAT and many sponsors.
