Matt Gusher should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
WEC @ Silverstone this weekend

I've not yet received anything through the post for this and we plan on leaving on Thursday.

Anyone had their particulars through yet?

Mine arrived Saturday as well.

Recent e-mail asking for help came from Joanne.Wright at Silverstone.co.uk, seems to be a good starting point?

I've not had anything through yet, despite a reminder to Jo a couple of weeks ago about guest tickets. I sent her an email yesterday, but got out of office reply - she's on holiday till 29th Aug. Emailed Pete G last night, just waiting for a reply.

I'm sure if you contacted BRSCC, even for incident, they'd sort out tickets for you.

email Chief Marshal, Roy Salsbury at roys1 at blueyonder.co.uk

Steve, these tickets of yours - were they guest tickets, or are we saying that our SMT passes are not the accepted currency for this meeting?

If so we haven't had any tickets either...

I have not received any guest passes as yet. I have asked (by E mail) if a member of the circuit staff can bring a few passes to The White Horse on Thursday for the Strakka Racing evening.

If any one intends to come along let Peter G or Joanne know and they will have an idea of how many tickets to bring along.

I emailed Peter G yesterday and I've had no reply yet.

Is it worth me still setting of on thursday with the family and all the camping gear or will I get turned away without tickets?

I have been in touch with Peter by email today and I am expecting tickets tomorrow. If they are not here before I leave on Friday (unlikely by today's delivery time) then I will attempt to breach the security and do my duty

If you've got your oranges on show (ooh-er, missus) and explain I find Silverstone security immensely sensible and helpful.

Yeah same here. Though we plan on leaving Thursday afternoon so as a back up I'm gonna print the emails to show the gate staff.

If the same as a "normal" split meeting then they will garage and assemble in "old pits" - be released to the circuit to drive circuit side to the grid on the new pit lane.

I've just become available to Marshal on Saturday... do they still need support? I've emailed PG - but guess I've left it too late for a reply. Should be okay if I just turn up on Saturday, shouldn't it?

What time is registration?

If you're a member of SMT I have just had it confirmed that our SMT passes should get us in - so if that is the case I am sure you'd be most welcome indeed.
