Highside should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
CTCRC/TTRS cost discussion (Split from Donington thread)

[QUOTE=Al Weyman;2431276]....may cost a bit extra....QUOTE]

Al - your killing me, but surely April fool was yesterday?

BARC races might cost a bit extra? Try a 100% mark up compared to P8R!

Given the choice, would you pay twice as much for your petrol? How about your tyres? Your overalls perhaps? Didn't think so.

Good luck filling that grid though, CTCRC is too good a club to be struggeling, even in the current climate.

Anyway - sliding seriously off topic. I understand that MSVR are working closely with the MSA, so we are being looked after.

Us minted old gits can afford the extra though :-) Seriously things are not too bad cost wise and its not 100% more now all rounds are a full 20 minutes as well, at my next race at Thruxton it costs £180 plus £100 for a 2nd race so £280 for two races as opposed to your £200 for two 15 minutes so not miles apart. Anyhow it was only said tounge in cheek but you would have been welcome of course if the Donny round was cancelled and you wanted a run out and you can go on the £25 limited club and Barc membership scheme for 3 races. No need to be constantly at loggerheads anymore and we are all free agents who can race where we choose to we certainly would'nt pillorise anyone if they made a race appearance in an alternate championship and hopefully your lot would feel the same.

Just FYI, TTRS races are 20 and 30 minutes.

We have to try to promote things Peter its not easy out there, I have a few other ideas on costs as well I am trying to get implemented and I will keep chipping away for the common good of all. :-)
