Edit: OK, I found it. Not happy!
Went for both days, Saturday wasnt too bad, fairly full day but the rain killed it (6 year old in tow who had had enough after race one).

Sunday was a joke, that was really poor value for money, heaven help anyone who took a family along for the day at $60 per adult, especially if it was their first race meeting. 2 x 1 hour blocks with NOTHING on track to look at (not everyone can pack and carry all their gear over to a 'track walk'). A decimated field of cars didnt help (you really notice when theres a few cars out for the weekend these days), nor did the fact that the 'stars' of the show were only on the track twice, the first time was after lunch.

And then it took 30+ minutes to get out of the joint...

All that kind of explains why i could only count 190 odd spectators in and around turn 2 on Sunday, a place that used to be packed only ten years ago.

I was sitting up on the hill also between turns 2-4 and it's the emptiest I've seen it for a long time.

Handed the circuit over to V8SA and supplied officials.

Absolutely... the Volvo in R3 did brilliantly too...

Wonder if these guys can keep up that kind of intensity in the endurance races, or will the strategy choices wreck that element..

Yeah it's good isn't it? There's been a range of people stepping up and the enduros are really starting to look pretty wide open.

Meanwhile also watched race 2. McLaughlin was indeed also impressive.
Still suprised by the speed of the Volvo. GRM, Volvo and Polestar are doing a great job.
