Tourist Trophy was an end of season race where many competitors from different countries competed together. This was under the Super Touring rules, it doesn't happen any more, sadly.

Others may be able to tell you more.
PS - Your english is very good!

It don't run anymore, it was well like the world cup for touring cars, Alain Menu won the final one, but manely the event in the early nineties was dominated by Paul Radisich. It had 3 races 2 qualification races and a final. Each driver was forced to take a 2min pitstop in the final which was usually a marathon race. It was always held at the end of the season, and ow how great it would be to have it back!!!

A bit of confusion here; The RAC Tourist Trophy started in 1905 (2yrs before motorcycle wersion) in Isle of Man until 1922.From 1928-36 at Ards N,Ireland for sports cars,
37-38 Donington Park -SC
50-55 Dundrod-SC
58-59 Goodwood-SC
60-64? Goodwood-GT
65-68 Oulton Park GT then Touring cars
c1970-89 was british round of ETCC at Silverstone.
The end of season event refered to above was a one off I think. It was last held a couple of years ago as part of the FIA World Sportscar Championship at Donington.

Spot on Rob29, i thought they still awarded the TT to the winner of the British GT Championship.

Last year it was for historic sports cars at the Goodwood revival meeting-in effect a recreation of the 1959 event.A further complication is that the 'RAC' no longer exists.

The trophy itself isn't awarded for the race at Goodwood though- as you said, the Goodwood 'TT' race is run as a recreation of the races held there in the late 50's/early 60's. I think the trophy itself still goes to the British GT champion as racer69 said.

The last TT at Silverstone as a round of the ETCC was 1988- won by Andy Rouse/Alain Ferte. The TT also briefly had World Championship race status (for the first time since the 50's...) in 1987, as a round of the one-off WTCC- it rained (a lot..), and the race was won by a fairly unexpected BMW- CiBiEmme's second-string car in the hands of Enzo Calderari/Fabio Mancini.

It was also awarded for the Touring Car World Cup at Donington in 94
