Confirmed: Rebellion are replacing the engine (failure but not sure exactly what happened) and trying to get back out on track tonight, in an effort to get some laps on the new engine.

I'm streaming RLM but watching the eurosport feed, and was totally confused by the ambient sounds on the radio. The video feed had a Porsche going down the muslanne straight, but the sound was a car downshifting for a corner. It took me a few seconds to realize what was going on, I thought the Porsche was having a problem!

Pretty hard to follow qualifying without a live timing system that shows sector times.
Some cars were on track. Lap times were set. That's about what I got from that one. |

Could they improve it in the next Q3? If they are a bit faster, they could be a good rival of DragonSpeed on the race. |

It is quite unsatisfactory. I'm going to feel a little lost trying to follow the race with the official T&S.

The developer, James Muscat, received a cease and desist from the ACO telling him to remove the Le Mans feeds. He has since tweeted that he "is in communication with the ACO".
But as it stands, it's down and will not cover Le Mans/WEC. |

Man I would even pay wec if they wanted to give access to that timing. I get branding and image and all that, so tweak that feed to look like wec.
I imagine the comm teams will have access to it...how do we find a leak? Imagine Trussers only having access to the wec app lol. |

Lack of decent free timing sucks, but somebody has to pay the bills
People complain about IMSA having an activation fee for manufacturers, they complain about bronze drivers, they complain when works teams are not stopped from winning, they complain when there are adverts, they complain when there's a pay wall.... And I really don't see what any of it has to do with where they choose to put their penis - but I guess some of us are stuck in the '50s |

It's not lack of decent free timing, it's lack of decent timing at all. wec timing is incredibly basic, and almost not useful at all. It's got about as much data as the ticker on the race feed.

Christ, the official timing said the 93 and 29 were stopped at the second chicane. It's neither, it's the 98.
