Pretty sure this was posted elsewhere, but not in this thread.

In 1975, the Group 6 Sports 2000CC or less class was won by an all female driver line up, which included future Audi WRC star Michelle Mouton.

I seem to remember there were plenty of people saying back in 2010 that the Matech Ford GT was the first all-female line-up at Le Mans. Simply not the case.

I don't even think this was the only all-female car in '75. Let alone the ones that came later. There was also that pink female Spice in '91.

Claudia Hurtgen scored a GT2 podium in '98. Any other female podiums posters know of?

I vaguely remembered that there where plenty women driving at Le Mans in the '30s and according to this I was right:

And apparently there was in earlier all woman crew winning their class in 1974, the Chevron driven by Beckers, Laurent and Fontaine.
And a second one in 1975, making it two woman crews winning the class in 1975.

This is the Le Mans FC training fields with the small pond. But that was before.....Near this place, the "big" pond is in an area that belongs to the MMA insurances. This leasure complex is for the company workers who can fish in this pond, rent a hall for parties..

Interesting question, who designed the silverstone track? i hope it is not mr.Tilke because in that case he has been too close to our favourite track in Le Mans.
