Marshall Pruett called it. I greatly dislike his style of "I heard from a source that I can't reveal" storytelling, but he got this one right.
If he's right about the others (Sato to CGR for ovals, Sting Ray Robb to DCR), that's a 27-car field(!). Which will be a nightmare for Toronto's pit lane, but amazing. |

I wouldn't be surprised if IndyCar announces not to accept one-off entries outside the Indy 500.

They're smart enough to accept them as the track allows and deny if there's no room over a blanket no. Iowa can handle more than 27, Toronto maybe not.
