Starting to hear/see some rather ugly fallout from the WHT grand Final on the twittersphere....

If any of which is remotely true, I will have lost alot of respect for Peter Dempsey.

As always, what a cracking meeting. Great racing and a wide variety of cars. Made even more enjoyable by knowing one of the drivers and having someone to support.

I did wonder if that might appear. I was standing 100yds before Becketts and there was a car under the rear of another all the way until it disappeared in the gravel. Rather a blatant push off as far as I could tell.

Haven't come across such manners there in the past.....

Geva-Nelson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
It was quite the fortnight for us over at Geva Racing. A completely new car, a driver who'd never worked for us and our first real push in Formula Ford Kent in 17 years... But apart from a huge engine blow when attacking for second at the Festival, this has been a fantastic pair of events.

Especially to see our new Mygale GV14-K lead the way in the WHT final was just awesome. Ok, we didn't quite have the pace of Malvern in the dry, and Boyd was supremely quick in the final, but we were there. Especially considering that engine issues (we were on our third come finals day) ensured we didn't have any dry testing at both Brands and Silverstone, we did pretty well. And it has encouraged us to build a second car and go for it in 2015 with a two-car team

It definitely were two mega weeks

Click on the "Mills hits out at Dempsey" link, Nick. It tells you the whole story and adds a couple of Facebook comments.

Bent Wishbone has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
What fabulous racing - the best event I've attended all year, that's why I am a regular - it's a must see..

Didn't see the incidents, so can't comment - but there's always 2 sides to a FF incident? - it's always so tight...

Be there next year hopefully on track

Dempsey's case is not helped by an allegation that he said he was going to take out Mills cars to help the American lads out (could have been a joke) at the Saturday night dinner and that his sister tweeted/facebooked this: https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.n...0157e738e9dc02

It's a pity the MSA doesn't get involved.

Dempsey also took out poleman and Malvern's teammate Michael Moyers at Becketts on the first lap having made a jumped start from row three.

When's the last time you saw a "professional driver" take out the entire front row, an entire team, on the first lap of any major race?
