Steve Gibson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Darlington & District Motor Club Thanks

Thank you all for making our event such a success, decent grids a hell of BBQ and happy drivers, marshals and officials.
The first allcomers race for closed wheel cars was a good one with Richard Chamberlin coming from the back of the grid to win in style, the second for open wheel cars was a bit of a damp squib but the DDMC charity fund made more money so we ran it.
Thanks to all concerned.

Once again thanks for a great weekend, racing was fab, BBQ was great, and the one small alcoholic beveridge was very plesant.

Well done Steve, Chris and all at DDMC. I certainly enjoyed the weekend and many of the NW FF1600 drivers did as well.
One minor criticism though Steve. Next time don't have big tins of sweets so available and tempting in your office - but they were very tasty

Thanks for the nice words.
Steve
ps
you will be pleased to know that we will not be plagued by sweets in the office again as some visitors from other parts have made them extinct!!
One poacher was caught with his fingers in the tin on numerous occasions

NWFF 37 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Hi, had a great weekend of racing at this super track and would like to say a big thanks to the marshalls and recovery crew who recovered my car without causing any further damage to the bits still attatched! and also for helping us load the 3 wheeled car onto our truck.

You guys do a terrific job and you really saved us a load of manual shifting by loading it onto the truck with the winch for us, i was expecting it to be dumped in park ferme!

So thanks for the effort you guys put in, it really is appreciated!!!!

It was a good weekend's racing. Thanks to the 80% of drivers who took the time to wave at marshal's. Wonder if could ever get a meeting where 100% of driver give the marshals a wave? !!

Thanks to all at DMMC who work hard behind the scenes to make such a good weekend. Really good that everything was kept running so smoothly.

A great weekend had by all, we had a fairly quiet time at the esses, apart from trying to dodge the flying wheels of a NWFF (Car 46 if I remember correctly), incidents like that remind you how important it is not to turn your back on the racing if no one is looking out for you!.
Many thanks to DDMC for putting on great BBQ and inviting the marshals, things like that make it all worth while. Will definetly be making a few trips south next year.
