I think that the GP Historque has a long lead time because of the many overseas entries. so unlikely in my opinionm but yes, an option If I were the ACM, I would postpone the GP Historique to 2021. Its a bi-annual event on the other hand, nobody knows when the proper F1 Monaco GP will happen, so too early to tell when the tacked on GP Historique can take place I also suspect that there is limit to time that the good citizens of Monaco will accept having all the temporary barriers installed in their streets. They have started building the track, takes 6 weeks apparently dismantling might be hald of that if the F1 GP is shifted to June then the barriers wont come completely until July having been put in March Marcus will know more than me RuE |

Don’t get to excited!
Eff1 gang are looking towards end of June before their jamboree starts so no Monaco for old bags of bolts. |

They will move the calendar, they have already moved the summer break to now and are looking to postpone the 2021 rules to 2022.

Official PR from FIA and F1 postpone the Dutch, Spanish and Monaco GP so the Historic will presumably be cancelled I would believe.

Moving the "Summer Break" to the end of winter whilst most of the world is at forced to stay at home and then, presumably, trying to fit in as many GPs as possible in what ever is left of the year ... seems like a rather poor solution to me. Certainly nothing like the "spirit" of what the Summer break was meant to be whilst at the same time the organisers try to squeeze in as many new race events as they think people will pay for. Members of the teams who have families that they might wish to holiday with after the worst of this virus problem is passed (or at least might like to have the hope that such an option could be available to them) may not be best pleased. There again - perhaps the entire season will eventually need to be abandoned due to decisions outside the control of the organisers. |

Louis, what will that mean for the cut off dates of Historic Formula 1 in 2061 ? What cars to buy now to be eligible for the pre 2021 class ?? Rudolf |
