We have had ours now for 15 months, although it has had a few transformations (KWS increases) it is the best thing we ever did, an awesome car, BAXR6TURBO's rule.

I'll be needing an update regarding your waking time on day of delivery, toothpaste brand used on said morning and whether you need money for your lunch and the bus.

Nothing wrong with Magnas.... if they had a real engine in the AWD version instead of the torqueless 3.5V6, they may be worth buying again....

Hows about a twinturbo conversion?? Nah, would blow the box to smithereens

He's probably busy enjoying it. I hear those cars are going to be the new Sierra/WRX/R33 Skyline for cheapish power with heaps of potential. Nizpro's XR6T is running in the 11s already and Zoom magazine's manual ute got into the 12s jus with bolt-ons.

Seeing as you ain't around Colin I guess the Eagle - or Falcon, in this case - has landed.

After exactly a year, I plan to wait another two to the factory warrenty runs out then go for a APS stage 2 conversion. From 240 to 330 fly wheel kilowatts. Current price about 6 grand.

Say Andy,

What are your first impressions after the SV8? How's the power compare, is the Turbo better down low in the rev range? Has it got the T5?

I'm glad you got it - I really like mine, it's fast comfortable and handles well for a large car.

The first Turbo I saw, sat in and heard was a Mercury ilver manual. I like the colour but for me it was always going to be Phantom as I once owned a Wild Violet XY. Since then I really like Blood Orange. But it was not an option when I oredered mine in December '02.

It is 100 times better, it doesn't rattle or squeck it has no engine noises it shouldnt. It goes better and handles better. The onlt thing it lacks is a little low down torque but other than that it's perfect
