has anyone heard of this - im going to it tommorow and want to know what to expect. all i know is that its a car show with loadsa old cars and ex-F1 masterpieces!!!

well....

it was theee best time ever!!! i dunno if you guys have heard of him but there was this nutter called Russ Swift driving a Corsa and a Evo VI to their limits on a strip of tarmac around 200 metres long!!! he was doing doughnuts, hardcore burnouts, handbrake turns and 2 wheel driving!!! he also did handbrake turns into paralell parking spaces.

i saw 3 AC Cobra's - originals and they were stunning, Corvettes, Ferrari's and Lambo's. my mum and another family member and his son were with me and they had a great time! i dunno where the F1 car was, i went past it but it was too far away to see much

Sounds like an exellent day! I saw Rus Swift a few years ago, I think it was at the Autosprout Show when he was throwing Rovers around, great fun! His handbrake turn into a parking space was used in a tv ad a few years ago, I can't remember what for but I think it won some awards!

he's either got a death wish or hes the best driver in the world ...im inclined to think its the latter mixed in with the ealier statement.
