Ferrari learned how to change gears faster but the FIA said there had to be a certain amount of time, so Ferrari used the rest of the time to slow the engine, etc.
I think eveyone will just rise to a new level, more or less. I don't think 1 or 2 teams will jump to the top. Besides it'll still take time to get used to. Kind of like Anti-Lock Brakes for your car. You know you're suppose to ram the brake pedal to the floor, but instinct tells you "WHOA!". |
