F5000 George Follmer

George Follmer ran a Matich A50 in the US F5000 series in 1972 . Has anyone got photos of this car . John Gimbel later purchased the car . It was unique as it was Ford powered .

Allen l emailed some aussie f5000 paddock photos to you 12 months ago but you have not used them . At the time you were concerned as to there origin, they are mine and you are welcome to use them if they are of interest . The drivers were Alan Jones , John Walker , John Cannon , David Briggs , Don Briedenbach . Cheers Chris .

Thanks Chris. I'm massively behind on my email at the moment as "proper" work keeps getting in the way.
