Bjerkeracet in Norway
Yesterday afternoon there was a race (similar to the Race of Champions) on a horse trotting track called Bjerke Travbane in Oslo.

Its Eriksson’s cars I think. I doubt Henning will have a Swedish flag on the roof of his Fiesta
 (as in pic 6)

Looks like Last years Isachsen car has been sold aswell
One of the pics shows a rallycross Focus Mk1 in blue and white there? And also a Fabia I have not seen, looked like teh Paasonen car?? |

I thought a rallycross car would be quicker around a short circuit but looks like they're pretty even.

The weather was very bad and the track subsequently in a poor condition. Mikkelsen is a very fast youngster, had the better tyres for the circumstances available and I guess that a 350+bhp WRC yesterday was much easier to drive than a 550+bhp RX beast… However, Solberg crashed a water barrel heavily during the early stages of the event and it seems that the Fiesta was not in perfect condition after it was repaired. |
