Fair enough too, apart from the performance it is over $150k whereas even the C63 and M3 sedan are under.

Both of last years TMR cars as well as a plain white cages EvoX are doing Drive Bathurst this week. I dropped in this morning quickly and that is all that I saw. I will go back up on Saturday for a bit more of a look around and see if anything else pops up.
There is a great sounding V10 Audi R8 there mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm |

Not sure on that one. I will try and have acloser look on Saturday. They are also using two TMR EvoX as course cars, so there are a couple more to check out as well.

Alan Heaphy will definetly enter two Evo X's for next years race, with a third Evo X as a maybe with three drivers from NZ. From last years TMR drivers, Tony Longhurst is the only driver who is not confirmed.

Is the grid capacity for Mount Panorama still 56? If so, there may be some reserves if the high number of entries continue to flood in.

With a Skyline GTR 34 running a '13 in the Bathurst sprints you can see the logic in not accepting an entry for the 12hr.

The R34 of Mark Berry has very little in common with a roadgoing car, and it certainly doesn't conform to Production Car regulations. It's a Time Attack special, lightened with mega horsepower and megadollars spent on it.
Click here for the rundown on its spec. |

I noticed on natsoft that there was a handful of Evo X's and Evo IX's at Drive bathurst, besides that most other cars would not be eligible for the 12 hour.
Damien White did a 2.27, which is pretty quick. Inky Tulloch was in a Evo X, maybe he will be driving for TMR in the third entry. Does anyone know whether anyone in the i race series is thinking of entering the 12 hour? |

More about TMR and Inky Tulloch
"Team Ralliart, winners of the past two Bathurst 12 Hours, is using this week’s track time as the perfect lead up to next February’s Armor All Bathurst 12 Hour, with drivers Damien White, Rod Salmon and Glenn Crimp behind the wheel of the team’s two Mitsubishi Evo Xs. Ralliart has also brought a third car to the Bathurst week-long test for New Zealand driver Inky Tulloch, who has purchased the third car and will drive it at next year’s race. TRM plans to use the weekend to trial new development parts for the successful Evo Xs. “The pace of this year’s race picked up from 2009, and we think it will be even faster again next year,” he said. “There’s a few improvements that we plan on making to the car, and we’re using this week as purely a test session. We’ve got a few bolt-on bits that we’re going to try, and when you get a chance to do laps around Bathurst, you take them! It’s definitely a worthwhile experience for us.” The team is also testing 23-year-old West Australian Steve Jones this weekend. Jones has won the past two Targa West tarmac rallies and is a chance to drive with Team Ralliart in next February’s 12 Hour. |

Zukanovic's Ford Mustang GT 500 will arrive in Australia in the next week or so for the team to start preparing it for the B12 hour. Zukanovic is a cofirmed driver, with a V8 supercar driver and an international touring car star as rumoured as co drivers.
Zukanovic believes the Mustang will take it up to the Evo's, take pole and win outright. |
