Camping is possible at Silverstone - it is normally in the area on the outside of Copse corner.

Usually all events Andy.

It is usually situated in the circuit on the outside of Copse.

This Google Map should help you find your way around.
You will need to go into the Main Entrance and follow the perimeter road around the outside of the circuit to get to the camping.

Does anyone have a contact for the chief marshal for this meeting? I find myself with a spare Sunday & it would be criminal to let it go to waste on non-marshaling activities. I've PMed Fay but had no response so think she must be away.

Just drying out after a day flagging at 20. Nothing to do with the weather, I just couldn't stop drooling.

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking all the marshals at the weekend. I know that once again I persuaded some of you to do duties that you were not really expecting, but I do appreciate all your help.

It was good racing, great cars and quite good weather, apart from the occasional splash of rain and cold wind.

It made a change to be able to wander round and meet some of you who I have not really met before. I am sorry that there were a few posts I never made it to, but I ran out of time.

Once again on behalf of myself and the HSCC, thank you

Best regards

I've just about recovered from the huge amount of car recovery/car pushing (and lugging of bottles to cars) that we had to do this weekend at Luffield Centre.

A truly knackering and truly enjoyable weekend, this was my first HSCC meeting, but it will not be my last. The cars were fantastic, the hospitality of the teams (thanks for the BBQ food on Saturday night whoever you were) and the attitude of the drivers that we had "join" us on post during the weekend was great.

Thanks for a fantastic meeting
