sorry, but this situation is less than clear. The blurb in Autosport (p41) says:

so it seems testing doesn't count and TVR's aren't single seaters. What about TGP? Is this 'up to and including the British F3 Scolarship class'?

Unfortunately I don't think it is.

At the end of the day what difference does it make? As Autosport also says

I think he is trying to get one of us to do it for him. Save on the stamp.

To be fair I am just interested in what championships the BRDC (or the judges) consider to be a stepping stone to F3 proper class.

James I think that you're missing the point that TVR's may only have one seat but it doesn't make them single seaters!

The panel has discretion, it says so in the advert but nominating half of the TVR field is probably pushing it...
