If she races there then it will be a late addition because she isn't on the official entry list released today

I see that Al Unser is on the list though. Greg Ray is too, I guess they managed to repair his car because I don't think he has the money to buy a new one.

Gregs car had about $95,000 worth of damage to it but it was mostly hang-on stuff. The trays on the tub did need a little work though.

Thats great news for Ray, but i can't help but wonder if being an owner/driver, is just to much for him.

It seems obvious, that he is spending way to much time on the phone and in meetings trying to drum-up some sponsorship, and deal with the other myriad of problems that come up, instead of being on the track and practising. That can't be good for him, or his team either. It certainly won't help him be competitive...

Greg has really had to hold back this year. In qualifying at one race (I can't remember which), he put in one good lap and could have gone better but he held back in order to not sacrifice the car. It must be very frustrating for him...

It's mroe nerve-wracking when it's your own money on the line, no doubt about it. Then again, Greg is running roughly where I'd expect based on his ability - his qualifier at Indy would've put him on the 6th row I think - and it's not as if he'd be able to get a drive with a more competitive team - or indeed any ride at all for 2003 the way it looked.
